Adam Price's much-delayed 50th birthday present from big brother James becomes a stunning reality when an 11-day Mediterranean cruise begins. The overwhelming ship with 5,500 people on board docks in the port city of Civitavecchia not far from Rome and already on day two drops anchor at the fantastic Greek volcanic island of Santorini.
